Line up projects in Biliran

Jalmz,

I suggest that in this forum, we also need to reflect or post flag ship projects, current or ongoing projects and status or new project proposals so that all readers or the people of Biliran will know what's going on in their respective localities. People has the right to know where their taxes go.

Then we will let the people of Biliran to make their observation and comments. So that the incumbents or people running the show should be well aware of whats going on.

These are the proposed/ongoing projects I've gathered so far (unofficial & unverified)

1. Gov. Espina's move to convert the provincial hospital into a medical center
2. 2 million pesos from Rep. Chong for the public market (Naval?)
3. Ongoing drainage improvement project at Vicentillo St by the Naval LGU

not much, but this could jumpstart relevant discussions...

It will become more informative if we can bring out also the actual budget fund reflecting also the average monthly expenses incurred per project, and people of Biliran will be guided accordingly if there will be monthly accomplishment reports posted too.

By doing this, masses will know who is really working and who is doing bench warming.

Well, only the implementing agencies could furnish us the actual figures.

Hope they're going to be transparent about their projects and post relevant info here.

I agree the People has to know were their taxes go. But are we gonna include the Corvette project? What about multi-million microscope project?
