During school anniversaries most of the time there is beauty contest, or so called the search for campus Queen. What really fascinate me is the criteria of giving fair judgement of who's really the true winner. But there are few cases wherein we thought is the opposite. Is there any Hocus-pocus happened or any chance there is conspiracy of giving the verdict?
