Kaya ang ISO ay hindi naging effective sa atin kasi and advocate ng ISO is a continous improvement of the system, kaya kung ganyan ang ating pananaw, behind tayo lagi sa makabagong pamamaraan. The fear of changing one person's attitude is the downfall of whole corporation. Ganun katindi ang hindi marunong tumanggap ng constructive criticism or unsolicited advice.
