I saw in TV months ago. General Razon confirmed there is no truth about it. And the plate number used, never exist yet.

we also got info from police intelligence that the boy that was supposedly abducted actually went back home cos he was just hiding under the Biliran bridge. SO there's no truth in the tale that mysterious people are here in Biliran to abduct children to be harvested organs from.
