I Do Believe That This Forum Are Made For Everybody, I Hope We Make This Forum As Enjoyable As We Could. I Am Not Against About The Discussion In Faith And Beliefs But Can We Give Chances To Some Of Our Friends In This Website?? Daghan Kaayong Thema Na Dapat Pag Usapan, But Debating About Koran And Bible, I Dont Know If It Is Proper To Do It Here. I Thought This Website Is Meant For Entertainment. It Is Nice To Know About Bible And Koran. But It Is Not Good To Read Everyday About The Debate Of Who Is Good And Who Is Real God..i Do Respect Any Religions Really I Do To No Offense. Please Let Others To Have A Chances Also In The Forum. Justme my dear, it doesnt matter what religion you have, it doesnt affect our friendship, just remain as sweet as you have been. Ganon lang yon eh iba iba talaga ang paniwala ng tao. I do respect your decision of changing your religion, walang ding nagbabawal na mag post ng tungkol sa paniwala mo, okey lang. Kaya lang as one of the moderator of this FORUm or site, bigyan din po natin ng chances ang ibang friends natin na maka pag post ng ibang bagay.. para masaya ba. at lively ang forum. Kasi to be honest some people are not comfortable using God names in every words nga ilitok nila, may kanya kanya namang SIMBAHAN ang tao eh, may pari tayo at pastor, kaya nga nilikha ang simbahan para doon natin pakinggan ang mga Forum na nauukol sa Diyos. Kasi kong dito natin sa website pagtalunan yan kong ano ang naka sulat sa KORAN at BIBLE mukhang ipabasa na lang kaya natin sa kinauukulan. Sabi nga iba iba ang paniwala ng tao, katulad ko naniwala na may Diyos pero never ako na nagbabasa ng bible stress na para sa akin, ang dami kong pwedeng gawin kay sa mag stress akong alamin pa kong ano ang dapat na paniwalan. Basta ang paniwala ko, LOVE, RESPECT, NAKAKTULONG AKO SA KAPWA KO, WALA AKONG SINAGASAAN NA TAO, WALA DIN AKONG INAWAY NA TAO, OKEY LANG.

Kasi my friend taga Caneja street pero sa Manila na rin lumaki, then naka trabaho dati sa NEDA, nag asawa ng Muslim so nag adopt narin siya, pero give and take silang mag asawa. Minsan nagsisimba parin siya sa catholic, pero nag pa binyag na siyang maging Muslim for the sake of LOVE. Anyway di pa rin nag bago ang ugali siya pa rin masayahin at ngisngisera, at naughty minsan. May nabago ba sa iyo or ano ang naramdaman mo?? Curios lang me, baka pwedeng maging THEMA natin yan. share mo naman.

Why did I become a Muslim

Let me tell you sincerely that I became a Muslim without even noticing it myself. For, at a very young age I had already completely lost my confidence in Christianity and had begun to feel apathy towards the Christian religion. I was curious about many religious facts. I was disinclined to believe blindly the creed they were trying to teach me. Why were there three gods? Why had we all come to this world sinful, and why did we have to expiate it? Why could we invoke God only through a priest? And what were the meanings of all these various signs that we were being shown and the miracles that we were being told? Whenever I asked these questions to the teaching priests, they would become angry and answer, "You cannot inquire about the inner natures of the church's teachings. They are secret. All you have to do is to believe them." And this was another thing that I would never understand. How could one believe something whose essence one did not know? However, in those days I did not dare divulge these thoughts of mine. I am sure that many of today's so-called Christians are of the same opinion as I was; they do not believe most of the religious teachings imposed on them, yet they are afraid to disclose it.

The older I became the farther away did I feel from Christianity, finally breaking away from the church once and for all and beginning to wonder whether there was a religion that taught "to worship one single God." My entire conscience and heart told me that there was only one God. Then, when I looked around, the events showed me how meaningless the unintelligible miracles that priests had been trying to teach us, and the absurd stories of saints they had been telling us, were. Didn't everything on the earth, human beings, beasts, forests, mountains, seas, trees, flowers indicate that a great Creator had created them? Wasn't a newly born baby a miracle in itself? On the other hand, the church was striving to indoctrinate the people with the preposterous belief that every newly born baby was a wretched, sinful creature. No, this was impossible, a lie. Every newly born child was an innocent slave, a creature of God. It was a miracle, and I believed only in Allah and in the miracles He created....

Oh, justme, now I see! There are many things you wanted to know which the priests you have approached failed to satisfy your curiousity! I like you.....You are honest in your approach to the things you wanted to know...But there are various questions in your mind that actually have no doctrinal basis in Christianlity. One example is your belief that, "Why could we invoke God only through a priest?" That belief is absolutely false! It is not a teaching of Christianity that we could invoke God only through a priest.

That is just one example of the erroneous beliefs that Muslims have about Christianity. There could be many others....It would help all of us as we go further in your honest search for the truith, justme!
