    We at RISE BILIRAN-MABUHAY BILIRAN! strongly condemn and oppose the mining activities in the municipality of Caibiran. We believe that mining destroys the pristine beauty of the island province of Biliran and upsets it's ecological balance. We join our fellow Biliranons in this cause and the crusade for good government and transparency.
