hello can anyone tell me if their is any assistance in biliran for single mothers? ie; help with medical ,prescriptions,and milk and food ,, bato is where i am asking about spacificaly ,, another question is there a benifit to the phil health insurance ,, i see it cost 1200 P a year but i dont see the benifits associated with it ,, any help with these questions would be greatly appreciated..thanks to all,,,,
