This is a call to the powers that be in my beloved Province of Biliran and also to the People of this Province.
From time to time, i used to travel to Caibiran using the Naval-Caibiran Cross Country Road. And to anyone who doesnt know, this Cross Country Road is very vital. People from all walk of life doing their trades and business in Naval from the eastern part of the Province use this road. But sad to say, it seems the powers that be in the capitol doesnt care. I challenge the good Governor, if he really cares, i'd like him to pass the Cross Country road on a motorcycle and experience for himself how the people using this road has to endure.
Gov, dire ka ba nakokonsensia? ha pira ka tuig nga pagigin Governor waray mo pa mapasemento ini nga road? Gin una mo lugod an Biliran Garden nga dire man ito mapupulsan hin ordinaryo nga Juan dela Cruz! Remember, ini nga mga Juan dela Cruz mao an majority nga nagbutang ha im ha pwesto.

Hino mn ito nga mga people an nag kkaendure?
Bangin ikaw la iton na endure ky dri ka ada nag kkta kun my bato nga dako ha imo atubangan!!![]()
Next time ayaw na pag agi ngada nga kalsada pra ka dri ma ENDURE!!
Is it not a national road? The national government should attend it. But of course with the initiative of the local government of Biliran. Continue reminding those responsible in the national government until they get "sick and tired" of the noise and so attend to that road. he he he...
Country side development heavily depends on the accessibility from locality to locality. Road is the artery towards economic progress and that is the prime objective either local or national government to put funds, use the fund in the right perspective, put time table. The next will be livelihood projects di naman mahirap gawin yun diba.
is it safe to pass the road from the norhtern side??? when i left biliran, its so sad to hear that TULIS is very rampant on that area...and the victims mostly are just a small time traders like LABASERO...it always happened when christmas time is fast approaching... i hope by HIS last term in office he has already taken an action for this matters... since they are inviting tourists, is there an assurance for their safety???
I wonder if the Gov. Rogelio Espina is computer literate. This post has been sitting here for quite some time and i havent noticed any reply from him, i'd love to hear what he's got to say, well, id est, if he cares. Maybe he's not that ignorant to ignore this post.
