FRUIT TREE SEEDLING.Biliran Gov.Rogelio J. Espina tells barangay folk of Tomalistis,Caibiran,Biliran that planting fruit trees does not only beautify the surrounding and is good for the environment,but will augment their income once they start bearing fruits.Espina,a doctor,has been promoting the cultivation of fruit trees,saying fruits are healthy and profitable.He has been distributing free fruit tree seedlings to farmers all over the province in his bid to make Biliran the food basket in Region 8.
