A PRECIOUS DONATION.Biliran Provincial Hospital nurse Salita A.Montejo carefully extracts precious blood from a donor during the blood letting activity in Barangay Talustusan,Naval,Biliran.The blood donation program is being initiated by Biliran Gov.Rogelio "Roger" J. Espina under the "Kadugo Tayo"project of the provincial government,in support to the "Sandugo"program of the national government.
