The Province of Biliran will implement the use of S-PASS (Online travel management system) for travelers coming into the province from areas outside Eastern Visayas (Region 8) starting 28 March 2021. Biliran is RESTRICTED destination, thus, travelers are advised to apply for Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) by accessing this link link your browser: https://s-pass.ph
Effective May 6, 2021, these will be the requirements for travelers applying for S-PaSS to Biliran Province. Travelers allowed are: APOR, Returning Overseas Filipinos / OWFs, Returning Residents / LSIs and Non-Residents for Essential Purposes Only. All travelers are advised to call in advance the MDRRMO of their destination LGUs for coordination and quarantine arrangements.
