LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE.Biliran Gov.Rogelio "Roger" J.Espina awards a P200,000 check to the Pabilisan Mangrove Fisherfolk Association for its mangrove reforestation livelihood project in San Pablo,Naval,Biliran area.The area is also being developed into an eco-tourism destination by the province.The group,from the coastal sitios of Palawan,Bigaa,Lico,and San Pablo(PaBiLiSan),will also engage in acquaculture such as mussel raising and oyster farming,and culture of fish in cages.Receiving the check is PaBiLiSan President Francisco Diaz.
