NEW 1ST DISTRICT MEMBERS – Gov. Rogelio “Roger” J. Espina administers the oath of office to the newly elected and re-elected Board Members of the 1st District of the Province of Biliran June 30, 2007 at the Provincial Legislative Building in the capital town of Naval. They are (l-r) newly elected Eden Apolinar, and re-elected Elizar Sabitsana, Ricardo Kho, and Getolio Solite.
