NEW 2nd DISTRICT MEMBERS – Gov. Rogelio “Roger” J. Espina congratulates re-elected Board Member Eriberto Tubis Jr. after administering the oath of office to the newly re-elected Board Members of the 2nd District of the Province of Biliran June 30, 2007 at the Provincial Legislative Building in the capital town of Naval. Other re-elected members are Orencio Gervacio (not seen), Rolando Sabornido, and Gina Enage.
