AMBULANCE FOR CULABA.Biliran Gov.Rogelio "Roger" J.Espina(center)hands the ambulance ignition keys to Mayor Enrico Uyvico of Culaba town during turnover rites for the ambulance donated by the Japan International Cooperation Agency(JICA).The Ambulance will be used to the town's Maternal and Child Health Care.
