NATIVE CHICKEN DISTRIBUTION.Biliran Gov.Rogelio “Roger “ J. Espina hands over a native chicken each to Agnes Howard(center)and Marina Saludes,heads of two groups from Barangay Villa Consuelo that are recipients of 30 heads of native chicken each group under the Manukan sa Barangay program of Biliran provincial government.The Manukan sa Barangay is a component of Food Sufficiency Program being implemented by Espina,who encourages Biliranon to raise native chickens as they are resilient to diseases.
