Hawak Kamay

GM Roa leads the singing of the song entitled “Hawak Kamay” together with some general managers of electric cooperatives in region 8, local officials in Biliran province, heads and staff of national government agencies stationed in region 8 and in Biliran province, board of directors, officials and employees of BILECO who attended the inauguration ceremony of the new 10 MVA power transformer of BILECO. The song gives emphasis on unity and cooperation which are also the guideposts of the only power distribution utility in Biliran province in bringing an efficient and effective power service to the constituents of the province.
