NAVAL FIESTA 2011
Stalls selling different items like kitchen utensils, plastic wares, "ukay-ukay", food items and other dry goods line the streets of downtown Naval and the bus terminal in connection with the fiesta celebration of the town on October 1, 2011. The parking area for public utility vehicles was temporarily transferred to the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) compound at the port area for the duration of the celebration only. (PIA 8 Biliran)
