BLOOD LETTING
Dr. Fernando Montejo, Naval Municipal Health Officer (MHO) interviews a blood donor in Brgy. Lucsoon in Naval, Biliran to find out if the donor is qualified to donate blood during the blood letting held recently in said barangay. Some 14 blood bags were gathered from volunteer blood donors.
