Biliran Governor Gerardo J. Espina, Jr., guest of honor and speaker of the turn-over of command ceremony, expresses his full support to the new leadership of the Biliran Provincial Police Office (BPPO). Governor Espina also promises to give support to whatever plans, programs, projects and activities of the BPPO that will redound to the welfare of the police force and will give benefits to the community in general.
