Mayor Garardo S. Espina, Sr.



Mayor Garardo S. Espina, Sr. delivers a brief message after he resign as mayor of the municipality of Kawayan Biliran on Oct. 21, 2012 at his residence in Balite Drive Quezon, City. His wife Asuncion J. Espina read his resignation letter address to Biliran Governor Gerry Boy Espina. The former mayor resigned due to health reasons. His resignation was witness by the media from Biliran and Tacloban City to include the administrator of BiliranIsland.com.
