UNITY WALK

Marilyn Saboy, the newly installed provincial director of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) in Biliran province delivers a message during the program after the Unity Walk organized by the Biliran Police Provincial Office (BPPO) jointly with Comelec-Biliranin, and the national government agencies (NGAs) based in Naval town, connection with the Secure and Fair Elections (SAFE) 2013. Part of the unity walk which was held on January 20, 2013 (Sunday) at 5:00 o'clock in the morning from the Naval Port area to the BPPO grounds in Barangay Larrazabal in Naval, Biliran were the covenant signing, unity pledge and signing of the candidates manifesto. Mrs. Saboy urged the candidates to put in their hearts and minds the provisions of the covenant so that SAFE 2013 will be achieved. (PIA-Biliran/fj)
