Naval Cathedral parish priest Hipolito Remandaban showers holy water as blessing to the new garbage truck of LGU-Naval worth P700,000.The new garbage truck is procured through the income of the Naval Fiesta Executive Committee chaired by former Naval councilor Marilou Bernardes-Lucente(standing 3rd from right).She is joined in by some of the newly-elected and re-elected provincial and municipal officials during the blessing held on June 30, 2013 at the back of the Naval Cathedral.
