PASALUBONG CENTER

The Naval Pasalubong Center sells cottage industry products produced by Biliranons. Photo shows bags and other products of export quality. Also available at the Pasalubong Center which is located at the Naval bus terminal at the port area is the famous Suman (made of glutinous rice) produced by the Naval Suman Makes Association (NASUMA) in Naval, Biliran province. The suman comes in different flavors like suman in mango marmalade, tinambiran (suman in combination of violet and white glutinous rice strips), among others. The center continues to draw customers everyday especially domestic and foreign tourists. Prices of items for sale are very affordable. (fj/PIA 8 Biliran)
