BGI PRESS CONFERENCE. Atty. Thea Gicela Nueve-Zamora (right,front) Office Manager of Biliran Geothermal Incorporated (BGI) delivers an opening message before the press con proper. The activity was conducted to clarify issues regarding the incident at the BGI drilling site on June 19, 2014 where eight workers experienced drowsiness due to gas exposure. It was emphasized during the press con that the cause of the sickness was due to ammonia-like gas and not H2S. (Flor Jackson, PIA Biliran)
