"Alliance Building Towards Recovery and Resilience for the Province of Biliran" forum conducted by the DILG jointly with the UNDP, Office of Civil Defense and the Provincial Government of Biliran on July 8-9, 2014 at D' Mei WAD Mall, Naval, Biliran. The two-day activity was attended by the eight mayors of Biliran prov. to include prov'l govt officials, other local govt officials, regional directors or their representatives of concerned agencies, partner organizations both local and international and the media.
