The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Biliran headed by Rose Marie Lumbre,prov'l director, in a report released to PIA-Biliran on Aug. 15 reported that in the municipality of Almeria, Biliran province, the voting-age population (18 yrs and above) accounted for 60.7 percent of its household population.
