Marlon B. Roa, General Manager and CEO of BILECO underscores the reliability of power supply of BILECO to its member-consumers in the entire area coverage in Biliran province with the installation of the new 10 MVA power transformer during the inauguration ceremony held today, November 25, 2009, at the Sub-station located in Barangay San Roque, Biliran, Biliran. However, he also said that some power interruptions cannot be avoided since it is caused by power failure from the National Grid Power Corporation (NGCP) and the National Power Corporation (NPC) (PIA-Biliran)
