New rubber boat
The new service rubber boat is a joint project of LGU-Naval through Mayor Susan V. Parilla and An Waray Party List through Congressman Florencio "Bem-Bem" Noel. The P250, 000 worth new rubber boat will be used in the campaign against illegal fishing and other emergency purposes which requires its use especially for the constituents living in Barangays Mabini and Libertad in Higatangan island.
