NAVAL STATE UNIVERSITY MARCHING BAND: GRAND SLAM VICTORY!
The Marching Band of Naval State University has continued to give pride and honor not only to their school, but also to the vicinity of Biliran Province. They bested out 8 contingents for this year's Banda Rayhak 2013 Competition held at RTR Plaza, Tacloban City
They are now holding the championship title for three consecutive years, making them the recent Grandslam Winner!
