Mulo sa Katawhan
Obviously, the delivery trucks and the owners of a large store across NSU are insensitive to the need for flee-flow and two-way access of traffic here. We have posted the bottlenecks they have caused here a number of times in our website. But the problem keeps on coming up, especially during rush hours. Are they deaf and blind, or are they just plain and simple arrogant?
