romantic...its more bautiful when sunrise..hehehe..higatangan is really a paradise but sadly, it remains undeveloped..needs more improvement especially in terms of tourism,,kahit po place to sleep on for the tourists, mas maganda po sana magkaroon ng ganun..heheheh..thank you po!
