TRAINING ON PRODUCTIVE THINGS.Members of Biliran Peer Counselors learn from each other how to make tasty foods like ‘camote’ cake during a gathering to celebrate their 1st Anniversary at the provincial capitol compound recently.The Biliran Peer Counselors,that started from 16 members to now more than 1,000 , is a component of Biliran Responsible Youth and Family(RYF) program.It was given life by Biliran Gov.Rogelio”Roger” J. Espina to address growing adolescents problems-given that some parents don’t have time for their children,thus these youth prefer to confide their problems with their peers.
