Engr. David P. Adongay, Jr., the newly installed District Engineer of the Biliran District Engineering Office (BDEO) explains his priority programs and projects for the province of Biliran for the year 2013 onwards during the Kapihan sa PIA forum on Thursday (Nov. 29) live at Radyo Natin-Naval. He said, his major projects include the widening and upgrading of roads provincewide, completion of pavement of the remaining 3.9 kilometers unpaved portion of the Biliran circumferential road, improvement of road shoulders, flood control projects, among others. Assisting him in the discussion on the details of the identified projects are Engr. Bonifacio G. Santana, Assistant District Engineer (right) and Engr. Luisito Filemon A. Abad, Engr.
