Biliran new Municipal Hall

The establishment of the new Municipal Hall of Biliran started with the construction of its foundation posts at the last quarter of the year 2012 as the flagship project of then Mayor Leandro Enage. The construction of this project started with the reclamation of the municipality's bayfront, the renovation of the wet market, and the construction of apartment-type niches at the cemetery. The Local Government did not incure any loan for the construction. Biliranons are now waiting for the new administration to finish the projects.
