4H-Club Parade.Biliran Governor Rogelio "Roger" J. Espina joins some 1,000 delegates of young people in a parade around Naval town during the 3rd Provincial Dok Roger's 4H- Club Youth Summit in Naval,Biliran.The summer camp,with theme "4H'ers Leaders of Today,Leaders for Tommorrow," was held at the capitol grounds from April 19 to 21.
