Biliranisland.com will be celebrating its 3rd Anniversary on the 21st of April, 2008. The Board of Directors are appealing to your kind generosity to help us raise the necessary funds to upgrade our computer support requirements to enable us to continue to be of service to all Biliranons, both local and those now working and residing abroad.
To keep the site up to date and effectively meet the increasing demand and traffic flow of visitors, we need the following:
– 2 digital cameras @ estimated price Php11, 000.00 each. Total Php22, 000.00
– 1 Video camera estimated price Php 40, 000.00
– 1 Personal Computer (Core 2 Quad) Php 40, 000.00
– 2 Memory drives @Php5, 000.00 each. Total Php 10,000.00
– Miscellaneous expenses for the Anniversary celebrations Php15,000.00
Biliranisland.com is a non profit entity and relies on your generosity to continue to host the website which has now grown to be a popular venue for all Biliranons to exchange information, promote Biliran, as a prime tourist destination, and a place to meet and greet our friends and relatives. Biliranisland.com has now become our home away from home.
Donations can be made through direct transfer to our bank account or in kind. We do prefer to source the above requirements locally to take advantage of the product warranty, and discounts. Donations of any amounts are welcome.
