Liezl Catay is Miss Naval 2016

NAVAL, Biliran – A 19-YEAR-OLD lass won this year’s Search for Miss Naval held Tuesday, September 27, at Naval gymnasium.

Liezl Catay stood out among the contestants with her ability to project herself as an elegant woman onstage.

Catay also won Best in Evening Gown.
