NAVAL, Biliran – Elements of Naval police station arrested early morning on Monday, June 25, an alleged shabu pusher in a village within the poblacion, this town.
Arrested in Sitio Butay in Barangay P.I. Garcia at around 5:00am was one Rolan P. Recuerdo.
2 pieces of sachets of suspected shabu were seized from the suspect.
Also recovered from the possession of Recuerdo was the P500 buy-bust money.
The suspect will be charged with violating Sec. 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
