NAVAL, Biliran – A drug pusher classified as a high value target (HVT) in this town was arrested in an entrapment operation late Wednesday afternoon, March 15.
Arrested in a buy-bust operation was a certain Marlito Yutrago Oral, 30 years old, married, and a resident of Bernardes 1, Atipolo, Naval, Biliran.
Oral, alias “Intoy Imong,” was arrested around 4:10 pm by joint operatives of Biliran provincial drug enforcement unit and Naval police station.
Seized from Oral were the following items: Two small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, 1 pc one thousand peso bill, cellphone, 8 pieces one hundred peso bill, 2 pieces one piso coin.
He was arrested for violation of Sections 5 and 11 of RA 9165. – BiliranIsland.com
