BILIRAN, Biliran – Local officials of Biliran led the inauguration of the Php15- million new Municipal Hall in the town proper beside the old town hall.
New Biliran Municipal Hall inauguratedBiliran Mayor Grace J. Casil gave thanks to her constituents for helping the town become progressive. The new and modern municipal hall is indeed the most beautiful in the province at the moment. The structure, mainly composed of windows, took much advantage of natural light and ventilation.

Congressman Harry RoqueCongressman Harry Roque, a Kabayan party list representative graced the occasion as guest of honor. He was joined by Provincial Governor Gerry Boy Espina , Congressman Roger Espina and leaders of the business community.
The old municipal hall is undergoing renovation and will house a government office. – BiliranIsland.com
