Only few people were seen to have visited their departed loved ones at the Naval Catholic cemetery today,Saturday, November 1 (All Saint’s Day). The Philippine National Police sets up a police assistance center and the Biliran provincial hospital and the rural health unit of Naval also set up first aid stations at the Naval Catholic cemetery. Candles and flowers were also sold outside the cemetery.
