NAVAL, Biliran – Rowell “Roy” Ucat, popularly known as Medyo Maldito, visited Naval State University as special guest at the Induction of SSC and SBO Officers of NSU yesterday, Sept. 1, 2016.
Medyo Maldito was mobbed by fans, whom he serenaded. He sang four songs including the popular Hugot.
