NAVAL, Biliran – One person died on the spot after figuring in an accident at Sitio Bigaa, Brgy. Caraycaray, Naval, Biliran at around 7.45 p.m. today.
The victim was identified as Juanito “Johnny” Pabilgas, a 45- year-old carpenter residing at Sitio Bigaa, Brgy. San Pablo, Naval. He left behind a wife and two children.
Thet probers said that Johnny was pushing his pedicab when the motorist allegedly bumped him without lighting and beyond the normal speed limit.
Both the rider and the victim were rushed to Biliran Prov’l Hospital.
