Naval, Biliran – Retired policeman Agustin Manlangit, chief security officer of former Biliran Congressman Glenn Chong, suffered a massive heart attack last night and was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician at the Biliran Provincial Hospital- May God bless his soul.
He was charged with murder in 2005 for allegedly taking the life of Charles Sinangote. He was declared not guilty by the Regional Trial Court last September 25, 2014. (READ: Former Biliran congressman chief security acquitted, Chief security of Former Congressman Glenn Chong arrested)
