From the bottom of our hearts, thank you kaayo DPWH sa inyong gipanghatag nga tabang sa mga kabataan,” said Ms. Delos Reyes.

(In behalf of the community of Ungale-2 Elementary School, we are very thankful to the DPWH for coming here despite our remote location. Everybody is happy especially to the learners who received the school supplies because not all parents have the capacity to buy school materials that are as fine as these. From the bottom of our heart, thank you very much DPWH for the help you have extended for the kids.)

As a token of appreciation, Mr. Jether Allegado, School Head of Ungale-2 Elementary School awarded a certificate of recognition to DPWH-Biliran DEO through OIC-DE Antonio for the assistance extended to the school.
